Reporting Line:
The Graduate Applications Analyst will report directly to the IT Manager.
Role:
The Graduate Applications Analyst will be responsible for developing, delivering and supporting Business Systems in line with the Well-Safe IT Strategy. The primary focus is on Power BI and SharePoint.
Key responsibilities:
The Graduate Applications Analyst will be required to:
- Provide support for SharePoint and general Office 365 applications, including development of Power BI reports and AI applications.
- Support other Business Applications such as Microsoft Dynamics and Maximo
- Provide general support for Well-Safe Business Systems & IT
Key outcomes:
- Ensure all systems are implemented & supported in line with the IT Strategy
- Deliver effective Collaboration and Business Intelligence solutions through SharePoint 365 and Power BI

Knowledge & Competency:
Essential:
- Degree qualification in a Computing/Technical related subject
- Reporting development awareness, preferably Power BI
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work accordingly
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and external customers or suppliers
Desired:
- IT work-placement experience or 1 year’s work experience
