Reporting Line:
The Graduate Applications Analyst will report directly to the IT Manager.
Role:
The be responsible for developing, delivering and supporting business systems in line with Well-Safe Solutions’ IT strategy. The primary focus is on PowerBI and SharePoint.
Key responsibilities:
The Graduate Applications Analyst will be required to:
- Provide support for SharePoint and general Office 365 applications, including development of PowerBI reports and dashboards
- Provide general support for Well-Safe Business Systems & IT
- Support other business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics and Maximo
Key outcomes:
- Ensure all systems are implemented & supported in line with the IT Strategy
- Deliver effective collaboration and business intelligence solutions through SharePoint 365 and Power BI

Knowledge & Competency:
Essential:
- Degree qualification in a Computing related subject (2:1 or better)
- Dashboard / Reporting development awareness, preferably Power BI
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work accordingly
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and external customers or suppliers
Desired:
- IT work placement experience
