About Chris

As Chief Commercial Officer, Chris brings nearly two decades of energy industry experience to Well-Safe Solutions, with a career primarily focused in the offshore well abandonment and drilling sectors.

Chris is responsible for shaping and executing Well-Safe Solutions’ commercial strategy, identifying new opportunities and markets while driving revenue growth.  He leads the Business Development, Commercial, Tendering, Corporate Sustainability and Marketing teams at our global UK-based headquarters, along with our established presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Well-Safe Solutions, Chris held several region-specific leadership roles across the North Sea, West Africa and Europe. Key milestones have included initiating the North Sea Integrated Services & Projects business unit for a key Tier 1 services company, and project managing turn-key, multi-operator subsea well abandonment projects in the UK and Norway.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert Gordon University and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen. He is also a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM).
