Reporting Line:

The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Project Engineer.

Role:

The Project Coordinator will provide support to the project team to ensure successful
delivery of a project.

Key responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be required to:
  • Provide day to day support activities to project teams throughout a project
    life cycle.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the interfaces on assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitoring compliance of vendor CTR practices and offer vendor support /
    communication.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including data entry and document collection.
  • Work with project departments with the upload of accurate CTR’s/Quotation
    tickets to OS.
  • Provide the Procurement department with assistance on VORs, PO Value tracking,
    and other support areas as instructed.
  • Assist the Logistics dept with their workflows to ensure that timely returns and
    off-hires are recorded (assistance with manifesting, liaising with suppliers and
    completion of return tickets).
  • Assist the wider team with planning, job tracking, vendor queries, change
    requests, requisition and purchase order management, and general basic
    assistance.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external
    stakeholders
Key outcomes:
  • Helping to deliver projects on time, to budget and plan.
  • Aid the project team working collaboratively
  • Sustain high quality of project delivery supporting Project Manager.

Knowledge & Competency:

Essential:

  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Collaborative, hands on approach to ensure success across a team-based
    environment.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a project environment.
  • Results driven; having a proactive, goal-orientated approach to decision making.
  • Strong time-management; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and
    targets.

Desired:

  • Experience in using the Oilfield OS system
  • Project Management Qualification (PFQ / PMQ / Prince2)
  • Knowledge of Well Abandonment / Decommissioning
