The Projects Administrator will report directly to the Senior Project Engineer.


The Projects Administrator will help with the management and delivery of non-operated projects and engineering support services as per the Well Decommissioning Delivery Process and wider Business Management System.

Key responsibilities:
The Projects Administrator will be required to:

  • Ensure non-operated projects are conducted in accordance with the Well Decommissioning delivery Process, including required peer reviews and gatereviews.
  • Provide updates to project progress, risks, and opportunities to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for expediting contractual deliverables as per projects scope and contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring the project is managed in accordance with contractual requirements and is compliant with wider Well-Safe business management system.
  • Coordination of 3rd party contractors to achieve project deliverables.
  • Manage and report project duration, cost and scope to supporting invoicing justification.
Key outcomes:
  • Delivery of efficient and cost effective non-operated projects and engineering support services, delivered to a high quality as per contractual requirements, the Well Decommissioning delivery process and wider business management system.
  • Optimised interfaces between engineering and other business functions, through procedural compliance and good communication.
  • Clear and effective communication of non-operated projects progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

Knowledge & Competency:


  • Some experience in technical project delivery
  • Good understanding of key project processes (Contracts, Invoices, Document Control etc)
  • Excellent Communication skills, with experience of presenting to both management and clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with experience of MS Office tools.
  • Highly motivated team player who can work with others to meet combined objectives.


  • Some technical experience with Well Engineering Projects, notably well decommissioning
  • Previous experience with technical project delivery
